Meet the Brands Supporting Our Journey

When it comes to keeping dogs safe during travel and training, few kennels have earned the reputation that RuffLand® Performance Kennels have. Founded by Doug Sangl and Lyle Van Kalsbeek, RuffLand grew out of a plastics manufacturing company after they recognized the need for a stronger, more durable dog kennel for working dogs and active pet parents. What began as a single innovative design quickly evolved into one of the most trusted kennel brands in the industry.

RuffLand kennels are known for their one-piece roto-molded construction, which creates a lightweight but incredibly durable kennel with no seams or weak points. Their flexible design helps absorb impact energy, while thoughtful features like strategic ventilation, raised interior floors, and stackable shapes make them practical for travel, training, and everyday life with dogs.

Each kennel is made to order in the United States using high-quality materials designed for long-term durability and safety. RuffLand’s mission has always been simple: create innovative, reliable kennels that help dogs stay safe and comfortable while supporting the active lifestyles of the people who love them.

For pet parents who spend time traveling, training, or simply prioritizing their dog’s safety, RuffLand Performance Kennels have become a trusted choice among dog professionals and everyday dog families alike.

Real Food. Made Simple.

The Simple Food Project believes feeding real, whole food shouldn’t have to be complicated.

Founded by holistic veterinarian Dr. Chris Bessent, Simple Food is built around the way carnivores are meant to eat—meat, organs, bone, and just enough produce. No meat meals. No starchy fillers. No synthetic vitamin packs. Just thoughtfully sourced, whole-food ingredients built to be balanced from the start.

Every batch starts raw and is made in-house in their Wisconsin facility, then freeze-dried and dehydrated to preserve the good stuff while making feeding incredibly simple. No thawing, fridge space, or complicated prep required.

It’s simple, whole-food feeding that works for real life—at home, on the road, and everywhere you take your dog.

When you travel with dogs, peace of mind matters.

Waggle helps pet parents monitor temperature, humidity, and power status inside their RV, vehicle, or home with real-time alerts sent directly to their phone.

Using cellular connectivity and a built-in backup battery, Waggle can continue monitoring even during power outages, helping you stay informed when conditions change.

It's one of the tools I use to add an extra layer of awareness when traveling with Fitz and Toby. No technology replaces good judgment, but having visibility into what's happening when you're away from your dogs can make a stressful situation feel a little less stressful.

The Mental & Physical Enrichment Your Dog Deserves

Mental and physical stimulation are essential for your dog’s overall well-being. SwiftPaws Lure Course Kits combine both into one fun, instinct-satisfying game. Designed to tap into your dog’s natural chase drive, these kits help reduce boredom, burn energy, and boost fitness—all in a single play session.

Why we use them:
SwiftPaws is Fitz’s absolute favorite outdoor enrichment. It gives him a chance to run, chase, and engage his brain at the same time — not just burn energy, but use it well. After short, intentional play sessions, he’s genuinely tired and able to settle, not overstimulated. It’s one of the few activities that consistently meets both his mental and physical needs in a way his nervous system can handle.
